Here are some CAD records Julie finally located regarding disturbance/disputes involving the Peterkin/Bentley/Tolstead properties. They’re kind of hard to read, but essentially it looks like property/boundary disputes. It doesn’t look like any specific action was take by officers, since they didn’t know who owned what. All civil it appears. I hope this helps.
