Dan,

There has been some discussion of addressing this property through building codes but, as you know, the County has not been taking on direct requests from the City. I couldn’t find anything that would address the situation as nuisance. I did send them a letter of concern asking them what was going on and informing them that their open pits were a hazard to which I never received a response. It is attached.

I could not find a plat showing the establishment of that ROW but have attached the most recent, relevant survey showing that area.

All – I received the attached letter today regarding 112 &114 N. Molalla Avenue (The nasty old house across from City Hall). Most of the letter is regarding civil matters but I wanted us to check a few things:

  1. Code issues, if any, regarding the boarded-up front;
  2. Their clam of a missing property pin;
  3. Location of the right-of-way.

I will respond to the author of the letter.
