I couldn’t find anything that would address the situation as nuisance. I did send them a letter of concern asking them what was going on and informing them that their open pits were a hazard to which I never received a response. It is attached. I could not find a plat showing the establishment of that ROW but have attached the most recent, relevant survey showing that area.
