All – The 2010 Survey shows only 1 front property pin. I dealt with a code issue with Peterkin to clean up the 20’ public ROW and the complied. Case closed in spring of 2018.

All – I received the attached letter today regarding 112 &114 N. Molalla Avenue (The nasty old house across from City Hall). Most of the letter is regarding civil matters but I wanted us to check a few things:

  1. Code issues, if any, regarding the boarded-up front;
  2. Their clam of a missing property pin;
  3. Location of the right-of-way.
