Just FYI,
At a quick glance of records there is a lien on the property from 2011 for Economic Improvement Lien.
Also MMC 21.50.010 I believe this building would meet many of the items listed and a case of dangerous building could be made.

All – I received the attached letter today regarding 112 &114 N. Molalla Avenue (The nasty old house across from City Hall). Most of the letter is regarding civil matters but I wanted us to check a few things:
- Code issues, if any, regarding the boarded-up front;
- Their clam of a missing property pin;
- Location of the right-of-way.
