Good afternoon, City Debris Management Plan contacts:

Good news! Ecology and Environment, the contractor working on the County and City Debris Management Planning Project, is ready to kick off the City Debris Management project. Attached is the City Annex work plan outlining the timelines for the process. The plan includes contact information for the project leads working with you on this project.

Expect to hear directly from Matthew Lieuallen and/or Shawna Mantey as early as tomorrow. They will be communicating/working with you directly on this project. The first email will be data request asking you to provide them with information specific to your city. Many of you will be familiar with Matthew and Shawna as they worked with you on your EOPs.

If you have questions, you are welcome to contact me or Matthew. We are looking forward to getting this project off the ground.
