Good morning!
I received a notice that you are looking for information related to the Leaking Underground Storage Tank release at the Otis Market. I checked our database and electronic file and hard copy file, and did not find any information available, other than that we received the notice of the release. The cause of the release was unknown, and noticed during decommissioning. The contaminants were reported as unleaded gasoline and impacted media was groundwater and soil.

I did not find copies of a decommissioning report in our records. You may wish to contact the Responsible Party at the facility, or the reporting Consultant 4C’s Environmental to inquire about obtaining any information they may have related to this reported release.
