428th Regular Meeting of Oregon Environmental Quality Commission Item C: Fuel Tank Seismic Stability Rules (Action) DEQ will present proposed rules for implementation of the Senate Bill 1567 (2022). The legislation requires DEQ and the EQC develop a program and rules to evaluate and mitigate the seismic vulnerability of bulk oils or liquid fuel terminals in Columbia, Lane and Multnomah counties and minimize the risk to people and the environment.
