Please review attached as your last email was a bit confusing. And just FYI February 9th is more than 7 days from today which is when I received the Ballot Title from the City Attorney. Also February 9th is the deadline for the signatures to be verified from the petition.

Voter who is dissatisfied with ballot title can petition circuit court for review, the deadline is 7th business day after ballot title was filed with you.
The ballot title does not need to be signed by the attorney.
You do not need to print the entire ballot title, just information on where to find it is sufficient.

I have a question in the referendum process once I receive the official ballot title from our City Attorney. I need to publish it in the local newspaper on PG 19 criteria needed in the receipt it states there is a deadline to file a petition to review the ballot title (what is the deadline criteria). Is it the same deadline that I had given the Chief Petitioner signature verifications or is it 10 days the same as a corrected ballot title?
Also the Ballot Title does our City Attorney need to sign it so everyone knows who created it or provided it.
And do I want the actual text/language of the ballot title printed in my receipt letter/notice to be published?. Pg 19 receipt criteria.
