Good morning

I am still waiting for a solid answer from Global Electric about start date and long lead items. I'm sorry I did not respond to the first email however it was not overlooked.

1. September 20th start date 120 day duration

2. 7:30 to 5:00 hours. Some night work when needed (light demo and insulation)

3. Yes, closed intersection 24/7

I need to get this firmed up with Global Electric before we send out flyers. I will be working very hard on an updated schedule with them today.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Randy,

Just following up on yesterday’s email and today’s call. Please see below… we’re trying to put a flyer together to hand out locally so we can avoid the backlash we saw last time. Unfortunately I can’t finish it up without a few bits of information. Your input would be extremely helpful.

Hi Randy,

Julie’s going to be working on getting some stuff together for this so we can put it out to the public, just need a few questions answered if you can:

  1. 1. Projected start and end dates?
  2. 2. What hours will construction take place during the day?
  3. 3. Will the intersection remain closed 24/7 during that time? If not, what hours will it be open?

Thank you for your help, please ensure you “reply all” so Julie is looped in.

Good morning happy Friday!!

Attached you will find the approved traffic control plan. It is not exactly what we talked about but I am happy with it. As of right now we were planning on starting the sep 20th. As soon as I get a revised schedule I will send it to you.

Hi Loretta,

I’m checking in as we traded voicemails yesterday, and it sounds like we’re close on the traffic control/TPAR plans. I couldn’t quite tell from your voicemail what the preferred resolution for the right-turn lane closure was. I don’t think we need/want to use a sequential arrow board, but you mentioned there was another idea. That sign sequence for the right-turn lane closure is what we had I the original traffic control plans that were reviewed and approved, so hopefully no big changes are needed.

Thanks,

Joey

Hi Loretta,

See attached for our responses and a slightly revised version than what we sent you last Friday. It looks like the comments came from a previous version that did not include the TPAR sheet. That sheet is now included, and we also added the “Road Work Ahead” signs on Molalla Ave in addition to the “Road Closed Ahead”.

Please pass these revised plans back for review and let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks very much for all your coordination.

Joey
