Good Morning Racheal,
My staff and I are getting emails saying we’ve exceeded our maximum messaging limit… however, we have not exceeded it and in fact have just hit the halfway point of 10,000 this month.
When my assistant called to clear this up, she was told we have 10k messages and need to upgrade, that is NOT correct and I’m a bit confused why someone would tell her that. So, I got to call and speak to a call center who said they’d help me upgrade to 20,000 even after I told them our contract provides 20,000. I next asked if the call center rep had the contract in front of her since the issue at hand is the contract and she did not. So, we’ve got someone helping with our contract that doesn’t even have access to it.
I am attaching our contract for 20,000sms, executed by Nathan Quickie and the City of Molalla, on 2/23/22. Please fix this issue and provide me an email stating you’ve done so when complete. I have to say this is extremely frustrating to have to waste time on this, both my assistant’s and mine, and even more frustrating to have her get told something that is patently false.
The executed agreement is attached for your review since it seems no one is looking at it when providing assistance.
