I have included our essentials support package which is great for smaller cities that are new to online engagement. It provides 10 hours of 1on1 support for your team to help with project set up, reporting, etc. This is optional so you can remove it from the quote if you wish. Our free option still includes phone/email support after training.
Below is a breakdown:
Option 1)
Subscription: $5,500
Training: $2,500
Total: $8,000
Option 2)
Subscription: $5,500
Training: $2,500
Essential Support: $1,500
Total: $9,500
I'm okay with a later meeting for council but the 14th is not a great day due to the time change and my wife's birthday. I'm wide open the following week 19th-23rd if your team can accommodate a different date (Same time is fine). Let me know what works best for the council.
