Hi Mac,

Welcome to the Bang the Table family! We’re excited to support the great work you’re going to do. I've provided a high-level overview of onboarding training below, and your Training Guide, Caity Belta (copied here) will provide additional details and insight at your kick-off meeting.

Caity will reach out shortly, but I encourage you to schedule your kick-off call on her calendar as soon as possible. To prepare for your site build onboarding, I've included a checklist below.

After site launch, your EngagementIQ support package includes 10 hours of strategic support. You can book that time directly with Caity to access additional training, strategic planning, online engagement coaching, or whatever you may need to be successful in your work.

We also spoke about using EngagementHQ for development review. Below are a few examples and the webinar I led on this topic (1.0 CM available).

6. Initial Content. This could include:

• Project Descriptions (What we’re doing, why we’re doing it, how you can get involved)

• Questions or prompts you want your participants to respond to
• *
• Supporting Documents in PDF format - Proposals, plans, historic information, legal, etc.
