Subject: ODOT Fund Exchange review

Dear Mr. Huff,

Per a random selection, the City of Molalla has been selected for a review of the ODOT Fund Exchange Program. Please provide a report (in the layout of your choosing) that indicates what the funds were spent on and email it to me by January 31, 2023. Please include the following information: Date, Item, Description, Cost (e.g. 6/1/2021, Road Department Payroll, Road Maintenance Worker Name, $800). There is no requirement that all of the funds received in 2022 were spent in 2022. However, the requirements are:

1. 1. No expenditures were made prior to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) execution date; and
2. 2. Expenditures were in accordance to the IGA.
