Good morning Dan,

I’m taking over this program from Shelley, she isn’t leaving just transitioning to another position within our group.

I’ve attached the Fund Exchange Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) for your organization. Please sign and return it to me via e-mail at your earliest convenience.

There are two options:

  1. 1. Print the document and sign it. Then, scan and return via e-mail.

Once I have received the signed IGA, I will forward it on for ODOT signatures. When fully executed, I will forward a copy to you for your records. At that time, you can send your request(s) to me for any or all of your available allocation. I have attached a template of the request letter which shows the format and information needed.

Shelley – The City of Molalla has budgeted Fund Exchange dollars within our 2022-2023 budget and would like to begin the IGA process to receive $600,000-$700,000 of those available funds.
