Dear City of Molalla,

The State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) Compliance and Reporting guidance requires Non-entitlement units of local government (NEUs) to submit three documents to the Treasury Reporting portal no later than April 30, 2022.

As of the date of this communication your jurisdiction has not submitted the following documents:

• * Copy of the signed award terms and conditions agreement
• * Copy of the signed assurances of compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
• * Copy of actual budget documents validating the top-line budget total

For reference, all of these documents were submitted by your jurisdiction to the state as part of the request for funding. The NEU documentation requirements are outlined on page 34 of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Compliance and Reporting Guidance (treasury.gov).

Please ensure your jurisdiction’s necessary document(s) are uploaded in Treasury’s Reporting Portal by COB Friday September 30, 2022. Please see the NEU and Non-UGLGs Agreements and Supporting Documents User Guide for additional information and submission instructions.
