Hello NEU Recipients,

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is currently in the process of disbursing your city’s second (and final) tranche of funding from the Federal Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to Non-Entitlement Units (NEUs) of Local Government.

The total amount of funding you will receive equals the amount of your first-year allocation plus the reallocated amount sent to your city in November of 2021. The funding will be sent to you using the same method as the first tranche of funding sent last year. Your DAS assigned unique ID number will remain the same, that is the number that begins with OR plus four digits.

You will use the DAS unique ID number when you report to US. Treasury. As a prime recipient of CSLFRF funding your city is required to complete reporting to US Treasury no later than April 30, 2023, in accordance with the Compliance and Reporting Guidance. The Project and Expenditure Report you will submit to Treasury will cover the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
