This is a Reporting Reminder for all entities who have a grant agreement for CSFRF funds from the Department of Administrative Services.

Good Morning and Happy Holidays from the COVID Fiscal Relief Team.

With the onset of the winter season comes the close of calendar year 2022 and the end of another reporting period for your CSFRF grant. Please mark your calendar to have your report submitted no later than January 15, 2023.

There are a few updates that we want to share with you.

1. 1. We have procured a work management platform called Smartsheet as a new and improved method to receive all reports for the DAS grant agreements. Each quarter you will receive a link by which to submit your quarter report. We have prepared a short 6-minute video on how to use Smartsheet. Since you will be using a link provided by DAS there is no subscription required. Please take a few minutes to viewSmartsheet training and let me know if you have any questions.
2. 2. We have new guidance on the application of the Indirect Rate as it applies to Subawards vs Contractors and may have an impact on how you report capital expenditures. We are providing a Case Study to demonstrate how this applies to an ARPA grant. Again, please let me know if you have any questions on the guidance.
