Good Morning everyone and Happy “Aloha” Friday,
Some of you may know I was raised in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands, hope you enjoy this little video with beautiful scenes from around Hawaii Nei. We would sing this little song all the time, starting from the time I was in high school.
This is a reminder that the first Annual Report (attached) for your ARPA funds (via DAS) will be due on July 15, 2022. This reporting requirement is part of the grant agreement Exhibit A and all fields in the template are required by US Treasury. If any field is not applicable, state why.
If the agreement with your organization was just executed, please complete the report sharing what has taken place during the past year with regard to the planning/outreach phases for this work.
For this first reporting period, the narrative will be at the organization level sharing what has been taking place to get this project out to the subrecipients that will be undertaking the work. (Note: If you have subrecipients, they will need to provide this same annual report to you July of 2023)
Finally, if your organization does not yet have a signed agreement, you are not required to submit the Annual Report.
