Please find attached the fully executed copy of your grant agreement for of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CSLFRF). The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is currently in the process of disbursing your organization’s grant amount of $500,000.
Please note that according to the terms of your grant agreement, your first reporting, Project Performance Plan (PPP), is due no later than 45 days after the date this agreement is fully executed. Your quarterly reports are due each quarter, the first of which is due no later than April 15th and your annual report is due no later than July 15th.
We previously provided the reporting instructions and templates to you, but if you did not receive our email, please let us know.
