Subject: HB 5006 Project Performance Plan for the State

Good Morning!

The City of Molalla is required to submit a Project Performance Plan using the State’s template by 3/16/22 for the HB5006 grant for Chief Yelkus Park. This is a one-time requirement, used by DAS to monitor the progress of the project.

I took at stab at it, however I think it should be reviewed in case I have the vision wrong. If you approve, Jamie or I can send it on to the State. I’m also not opposed to having someone else be the “Grant Manager” on this project if you prefer, Quarterly and Annual Reports are also required by the Grant.

It’s supposed to go by email to: StateFiscal.RECOVERYFUND@das.oregon.gov.
