Please find attached the final approved IGA for IOF funds for the S Molalla Ave improvements project. The only change made (besides a few formatting fixes) is adding the Director approval date for the IOF funds and updating Exhibit B #3 on page 14 of the PDF regarding maintenance of the project. An incorrect paragraph was previously included and it has been updated to the standard maintenance language for a project of this type and this funding.

Please have this signed and sent back to me via email in PDF form. I will gather our final signatures and send the final executed copy upon completion. Let me know if you have any questions.
