Mac,

ODOT Region 1 advanced your request to the ODOT Director for approval. It could take up to a month to get that approval and you will be able to start accruing eligible expenses at that time. I will let you know when we receive the Director’s approval.

After the Director approves the request, and following a two-week public notice that starts Sept 1, the project will be added to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Once the project is added to the STIP and an IGA is executed then you can request reimbursement for eligible expenses. I’ll follow up with the draft IGA for your review.
