Hi Vanessa,

Thank you for the feedback. One question, do you mean the jurisdictional transfer of the private property or the road? The reason I ask is that the road is currently in Clack. Co. jurisdiction and will remain in their jurisdiction. If you can clarify for me I would very much appreciate it.

Mac,

I shared the draft IGA with the appropriate ODOT staff and their only comment is that Clackamas is spelled incorrectly on the signature page but otherwise looks fine.

They also informed me that ODOT will need a copy of the jurisdictional transfer from the annexation for our records but it does not need to be completed prior to the IOF agreement being executed.

Hello All,

Please find attached first draft of IGA between Clackamas County and City of Molalla. The IGA is intended to meet ODOT’s requirement for a written maintenance agreement for roadway projects funded by IOF funds. This agreement is for the County to maintain improvements along the County roadway that would be (if awarded) partially paid for by ODOT Immediate Opportunity Fund proceeds. The IGA also provides that the City would maintain any portion that is currently, or comes into City jurisdiction.
