Mac,

I have been working on completing the Business Oregon memo today but as I worked through it I have come up with a handful of minor questions as well as some places where I need a bit more background for the narrative. I think the overall issue is that background for more recent IOF projects tends to be a bit more detailed than what you put together working with Dennie Houle. That being said, I think we are pretty close to having the information we need for Business Oregon.

I tried to call you a bit earlier but got your voicemail and then had to run into meetings as a brief phone call can address most of these blanks/questions. If you happen to be around and want to give me a call in the next 45 -60 minutes, feel free to do so. Otherwise, I will wrap up what I have and send questions your way on Tuesday when I’m back in the office (if not sooner).

Regards,

Mac,

Thank you for pulling together all of the information, this makes my part of the work much easier. I will be wrapping up the draft of our agency letter later today and will be sure to let you know if there are any gaps from the Business Oregon side no later than 5:00 pm today.

Colin

Hi Colin & Vanessa,

At this point I’ve provided everything that was required for the IOF (and substantially more than what I had to provide for the one I had approved last year). Can you please confirm that nothing else is needed from me at present and provide an estimated timeline for processing? Thank you.

-Mac
