Please find attached partially executed ODOT Immediate Opportunity Fund Grant agreement. The Council authorized Dan to sign at the 10/27/21 meeting and he would like you guys to perform legal review and execute that signature block.
I thought I'd include Spencer on this since he has had a copy of it for a while in order to work on a sub-recipient agreement... Figured he might be able to do the legal review too given his familiarity. Please let us know when you think you might be able to complete review so I can communicate it to our team.
