They also informed me that ODOT will need a copy of the jurisdictional transfer from the annexation for our records but it does not need to be completed prior to the IOF agreement being executed. Hello All, Please find attached first draft of IGA between Clackamas County and City of Molalla. The IGA is intended to meet ODOT’s requirement for a written maintenance agreement for roadway projects funded by IOF funds. This agreement is for the County to maintain improvements along the County roadway that would be (if awarded) partially paid for by ODOT Immediate Opportunity Fund proceeds. The IGA also provides that the City would maintain any portion that is currently, or comes into City jurisdiction. Please review and let me know if this will suffice or if you/your legal team requires any other language.
