I tend to prefer sending out PDF's instead of Word documents, so I've attached a PDF of your created cover letter and a PDF of the actual Addendum #1.
Please email those two attachments out to the three attendees and cc me, please.

Would like this Addendum #1 for the Stormwater RFP to go out this Friday the 31st. It should be emailed to the three consultants that were present at the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference.
Take a look at the contents and see if you would like me to correct or add something - and let me know. Corrections are always welcomed. ��
If none, I'm assuming you would like the cover letter to have a City of Molalla logo on it - so I've attached a signed cover letter to insert onto letterhead stock - or maybe you would prefer to just have Mac or Andy sign it - which is totally fine as well.
Can I ask Ronda to email the cover letter and addendum to the following and cc me on each, please?
