I have attached a final addendum to issue for the Stormwater Master Plan RFP Consultants that were present at the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference.
Some of the questions could be deemed a bit trivial, but we'll acknowledge them with a response.
In some cases, it's clear that I'm dancing around the topic a bit, due to the fact that an answer will become much clearer during the contract scope negotiations with the selected consultant.
Please take a quick look at these and provide comments, improvements and/or corrections - - they are truly appreciated.
I would like this to go out by tomorrow, if possible.
