Julie, the TOC Analyzer was ordered installed by the Oregon Health Authority to provide advanced warning of TOC spike sin the river. We are the farthest up the basin, so our readings don’t just benefit us, but also Canby and other downstream users.

They disposed of the debris in the City’s piles along with our own sweeper, and we took care of it through the normal channels.

A couple things I need for FEMA.

  1. A short 5-6 sentence summary of the reason for the TOC Analyzer
  2. River City Environment Contract; their Certification # (If they have one) and also the exact location of the debris disposal from the wildfire cleanup

 

If I can get this by next Wednesday ( 1/13 @ 9:30am) that would be fantastic ��
