I will be sending Ms. Royal our firm’s fee agreement and request for payment of a retainer fee separately. Mr. Fowler’s hourly rate is $400/hour, his Associate Jon Phillips’ rate is $300/hour, and his paralegals’ rates vary between $130-210/hour. *The retainer is an advance deposit for payment of a portion of the legal fees and costs to be incurred. We will initially hold the advance deposit in our trust account. The advance deposit will be applied to the fees and costs that are billed. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned after payment of the final bill. Further work may require a replenishment of the deposit back to the original amount.
