The invoice has charged for our meeting with Irwin Hodson of Henning and me 1.5 hours, and you with a charge for 1.75 hours.

The client is asking if there was an adjustment for technical issues with the meeting connections for Henning and Gary.

I believe the meeting was over two hours, and we did not charge that time.

Do you have a record of the meeting duration?

I feel the charges are justified, but I wanted your thoughts to respond accurately.

Hello Jim – We have received the latest invoice from DEQ (see attached) and were hoping you could help us understand the charges. It looks like we are being billed for two project managers and it was our understanding that Franziska is no longer a project manager for our project. Is that correct and what is her role going forward?

Secondly, as you know, we had a long period of technical difficulties and we felt like the actual meeting was an hour long. Was the billed time of the meeting adjusted to account for the technical issues?
