Hello B&C Committee (Again)!

Mac has advised that if there are no objections from the rest of the committee, the Chamber is a fine place to hold the meeting.

We have added the following to the agenda (All agenda changes in yellow):

• * Nomination and election for a new Chairperson
• * Determining the meeting location going forward
• * Next Meeting date/time

The last two meeting’s minutes are in the packet for approval. (The elected Chairperson will need to sign them after a motion/voted to accept – then return to me.)

The person elected to be Chairperson should contact me to go over some housekeeping things.

Hi, since Dave Jackson has stepped down, I am offering the Chamber office for our meeting on Tuesday April 11 at 5:30, which is our normal time. Did Dave give you a copy of the last meeting minutes? Maybe we can repeat the agenda from the last meeting, and elect a new chairperson. Is that good for everyone else?
