Hi Kelly,
I hope your back pain eases soon! It's such a challenge to function when in pain such as yours!
Could we please push the library appointees and changes to the code to the July 11 City Council meeting? The chair of my board (such as it currently is) would like to be there and she is unavailable on June 27.
I will start working on the changes so we can work together to ensure it is done as you have found the Council likes it best.
