Dan,

Thank you for meeting with Vahid Brown, Erika Silver, and me today. Pursuant to our conversation, the Molalla Warming Center requests to use the PAL Building for the 2017/18 season. The season would be from this day through March 30.

As discussed, the Warming Center will pay the City $1,000 for the use and incidental costs incurred in removing/storing furniture presently in the building.

This agreement is pending final Council approval at the next meeting on December 13.

Thank you again for working with us to meet the need of keeping un-sheltered and inadequately housed individuals out of the freezing weather.
