Hi, I am writing this to inform you of an illegal tow that happened Saturday night. We were parked in Hal'so barber shop. We came out of the White Horse right at 8 and our truck was gpne. When we finally figured out a number to call Action Towing. The dispatch said it had not been called in but he would check with his driver. After 14 minutes they told us he had it. We went down to pick it up and asked for proof he hooked up after 8. He said yes looked at his phone then said no. He then wrote down 8:10. When I asked how long it takes to hook up and go he said 15 minutes. We have a receipt showing we paid before 8 and called the dispatch at 8:12. We were out there before 8:10 and they were gone. But even if what THEY say was true(it's not) that proves they hooked up before 8.Thanks for hearing out onthis. I think something needs done.
