Gerald happen to find a few additional error in regards calculating SDCs for 3” and larger meters. He has updated the recommendation report, which is attached, for the council meeting next week.

Attached is the edited version to meet AWWA standards for meter equivalence. I noted it in the paragraph above each table in the water and sewer section. This is the copy for the Council meeting.
