Don,

I just gave Dave a call back to make sure I understand what he is wanting.

He is planning to send out proposed sample location maps and call you directly in the morning.

I suggested he give us the sample maps and proposed plans and that I would get back to him with feedback early next week after conferring with you, but it sounds like he wants to work with you directly and one on one.

I’d be happy to still meet and talk about it in the afternoon after you talk with him about it.

Hi Don,

Dave Fawcett, the consultant for ECSI # 6520 (bottom but high priority), just gave me a call to tell me that he wanted to ask you for sampling advice.

I know you are busy, if you don’t have the time in the next couple weeks just let me know and I’ll see if I can work with Bruce to get him what he needs.

This site is a primary school where they found a concrete vault with diesel and lube oil contamination.

I have attached the initial report he submitted. They have removed some PCS but plan to leave a pocket in place and pursue a risk-based closure.

I think Dave is hoping we can give him feedback on his sample plan before they continue with cleanup over the summer.

They are hoping to be wrapped up before the next school year, but with the waitlist like it is we probably won’t have them assigned until August or September.
