Hi Susan and Rick,

Went through the documents and noticed they are for the UST decommissioning.

We’ll need a signed cost recovery agreement (CRA) from Susan and a twenty day report in order to determine complexity and priority for the waiting list.

Are there plans to sell or refinance the property?

I’m attaching the documents we’ll need in order to get you on the waiting list.

Susan, please sign the CRA and email back to me at your earliest convenience.

Rick, please fill out the twenty day report and email to me at your earliest convenience.

Once I have these items I can add the site to the waiting list.

In the meantime if you have questions please let me know.

Dylan let me know you mailed in hard copies of your paperwork to the Medford regional office. Staff are scanning the documents so we will have them in the Eugene office.

Once I get those scanned documents I will work with support staff adding your site to the waiting list.
