Hi Kari and Lynda,

Would you be able to help me get a set of letters out in the mail tomorrow? It’s all addressed to the same person, but needs to go in two envelopes. Only the two letters need to be printed in color, but the packet should just be black/white.

Print all double-sided for the envelopes, and make a copy (black/white) of everything for the file (clip copies together and put in Ginny’s mail box, please).

1) Envelope # 1 - Initial Manager Letter (color)

2) Envelope # 2 - Initial Packet Letter on top (color), followed by 12-page Initial Packet (6 two-sided sheets black/white)
