July 20, 2023: EQC Regular Meeting Item K: Temperature TMDL Replacement Project: Lower Columbia-Sandy Subbasin and Willamette Subbasins (Informational) The temperature TMDLs for the Lower Columbia-Sandy Subbasin and Willamette Subbasins are the first two TMDLs of the court ordered schedule. This update is in preparation and prior to proposed rule adoption by the EQC in November 2023.
