July 20, 2023: EQC Regular Meeting Item G: Mattress Stewardship Rulemaking (Action) DEQ’s Materials Management Program will present draft rules for implementation of the Mattress Stewardship Act, SB 1576 (2022). The proposed rules establish an annual fee, delegate authority to DEQ and clarify requirements of a stewardship organization.
