The work plan looks acceptable, however, my comments are as follows:

• * Samples should be collected at the soil/water interface and at 8-10 bgs.
  • * May need to delineate to determine extent of contamination
• * Please collect a sample at 3-4’ bgs near the fill port.
• * Please include metals in your sampling analysis.
• * If a risk-based closure report is prepared, ensure all elements needed for site evaluation are provided including:
  • * Site history
  • * Site description/physical setting
  • * Site maps
  • * Site setting and geology
  • * Site groundwater and surface water, including stormwater
  • * Site investigation/nature and extent of contamination (vertical and horizontal)
  • * Conceptual site model including human and ecological risk

The items above are what is needed to evaluate this site for a risk-based closure. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to receiving the report from you. Hopefully this will be a easy site to close!
