Attached is our revised proposal.

Please note that Jennifer requested an additional sample location and that all samples be analyzed for metals. We had only proposed two lead samples, one for soil and one for groundwater. The new proposal shows a range of costs as she also requested soil samples to be collected at an interval of 8-10 in addition to the soil-water interface sample we proposed. Based on the previous reports, this could be basically the same interval which is indicated by the lower range estimate. If we do not encounter groundwater by the 8-10 foot depth we will need to collect this sample as well as a deeper soil water interface sample which is indicated by the upper range estimate.
