Omar,
This estimate is similar to the first estimate you received from Point Source before they added the additional information needed. For example:
Does not include metals in sample analysis
Is not as specific as to sampling depths so I’m unsure if they are proposing the 4 samples on all sides of the tank and the shallow sample near the fill port. This may be an additional sample they did not identify in their proposal, but I can’t be sure without more specific information.
Does not specifically include a Conceptual Site Model
Does not specifically include identifying Location of Facility
Most of these items are general items needed for completing a risk-based closure report, which they may consider automatic in their process rather than identifying them specifically. However, do make sure they add metals sampling to their sample analysis and that they collect a shallow sample near the fill port.
