Omar,
They are proposing fewer samples than Point Source. This may be due to them proposing sampling at 8 feet around tank sides rather than at tank sides and bottom of tank unless groundwater is encountered. This may be a difference in their wording. Keep in mind this is an estimate and may be more if additional samples are needed. Since it is not referenced in their bid, ask if they are using a Geologist/Hydro Geologist to analyze soil borings and do the beneficial water use analysis for groundwater and stormwater flow. It is always good to ask for examples of their work or references.
