Attachments: image001.jpg; Microsoft Exchange Server;converted from html; Hi Kyle: Thanks for your submittal on Jan 21, in response to DEQ’s warning letter. I also received the amendment to the CO on Jan 30, changing you to the project manager, and filed it appropriately in the official project record. Please begin directing correspondence to me, as your counterpart PM, rather than to Paul. I appreciate receiving the list of contractors with qualifications and DEQ will not disapprove any of them. However, per the CO Scope of Work, it will be important to coordinate with both DEQ and BES on the design of development and the long-term site management plan. This may be an additional role than what your letter describes for BES tasks and will be critical to ensure that BES standards are met, contamination issues are addressed and permitting goes smoothly. Please let me know when you anticipate having some specific plans to share for coordinated DEQ and BES review. I look forward to helping get the project on the ground. Have a nice weekend. --Alex L.
