Hi Paul.
As you requested, I drafted the WL for the City Parks Forest Park site. Susan reviewed it and I integrated her suggestions. I left several comments from both of us in there for you to consider or resolve – likely with input from Nina (and Kieran). I currently have myself as signature, per the enforcement guidance, but since you and Nina have connected with Parks and you are veering from the enforcement guidance anyway, perhaps you or Nina will sign instead?
