Hi Rachel.

Just wanted to remind you of our last conversations back in April on closing out this site. I have attached an email chain that lays out our plan for having your next annual report (due Oct 31) discuss the stability of on-going measures in place for erosion control.

Perhaps the very heavy rain we had in Sep provided an opportunity for you to check effectiveness and upgrade as needed? Please let me know if the plan to close out the site with submittal of the Oct report is still viable.
