Hi Alex,

Following our recent conversation regarding DEQ's efforts at the Brazil site, I checked in with my Parks contact for the PGE Forest Park site (Deborah Lev), to let her know that DEQ was working on a request to PGE for further work. I wanted to make sure that the right folks are in the loop for the right things. Parks has had some staff changes, and it will be important to make sure that information on issues related to the site ends up in the right hands. During negotiation of the Prospective Purchase Agreement with DEQ way back when, Riley Whitcomb was DEQ's point of contact. Later, for the annual reports and such, Astrid Dragoy became the contact. As I understand it, now Rachel Felice, working under Astrid, is the site manager (e.g., access, ongoing management, etc.).

Deborah agreed that DEQ should utilize a different point of contact for ongoing Cleanup Program correspondence related to the site (and neighboring sites). She requested that the primary point of contact be Todd Lofgren (the Parks property manager). If you could also cc Deborah, Astrid, and myself that will help to keep us all in the know. For access issues etc., I believe Rachel is the right contact. I'll let Parks weigh in here if any of this warrants correction. Thanks, and we'll be expecting your memorandum regarding DEQ's proposed approach with PGE.
