Jessica. Please see our comments to MFAs 16 November comments to DEQ and the redline report. Please see our two comments below.
-Regarding utility depths, please identify all the spots where the depth of the stormwater system can be checked, i.e. catch basins, manholes and the outfalls.
-Regarding use of a peristaltic pump, DEQ will not require re-sampling the first quarterly event. DEQ notes that a bladder pump will be used in the 4th quarter. If the fourth quarter results are vastly different from the first, some additional sampling may be necessary.
